It is recognised that teaching-learning process has undergone tremendous change lately. Traditional and conventional method is not in vogue. Today teacher’s duty is not limited to dissemination of ‘information’ but also to ensure the ‘formation’ (emotional, social and moral) of a student. Self empowered faculty is capable of improving not only the quality of education but also the quality of life of a student as they are actively engaged in building the human resource of the future.

Campus to Corporate:

It is observed that though students are technically sound but still are not employable. Sadly, of the large number of engineering and graduates being churned out every year, only about 10% are employable in the industry. Most are unsuitable because of lack of soft skills, particularly communication skills, states Mr. Kiran Karnik, President, National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM). C2C aims to bridge the gap that existing between the needs of the industry and the academic curricula. The students get an opportunity to acquire and reinforce industry-specific knowledge, skills and competencies.
